Q: How do i purchase when i am ready? How does it all work?
A: If you click finance, Moonclerk will accept your credit card and payment info and set you up on a monthly plan. You will have a dashboard to see your payments, change credit card info, make extra payments or cancel at any time. Super friendly and easy system. After your first payment, i will send you out an e-contract through docusign, usually in 1 or 2 days but sometimes the same day. After you sign the contract, you can start using your land. When your last payment is received, you will receive your notarized and recorded deed in a pdf form. If you want a hardcopy deed, you can call the recorder and they will send you one for usually $1 or $2.                                                                                       If you pay full price without financing, i will get your new deed notarized and recorded electronically usually in less than 3 days. 

Q: Why are the properties discounted so much on this site? 
A: You’ll find land investment properties on this site are discounted around 20% to 50% because of our proprietary marketing systems that get in touch with land owners who need to sell their property. Often times they may want to sell because they need the money so our company can help them out by buying their raw land quickly for cash… which is a win-win. Then, we pass the discount along to you.

Q: How are the properties on this site different from ones I’d find on the MLS?
A: Most of the land investments you’ll find on our site are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. 

Q: Are you an agent that lists land for sale?
A: No, I am not an agent. We buy land and sell land.

Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?
A: We work with investors who buy in many different ways. However, we tend to work with people who can close quickly, so most of our clients pay with a bank wire or credit card. However, if you are pre-approved with a bank and can close quickly… escrow is no problem. If you need financing to buy a property you see on our site, contact us today because we have land owner financing available on most of our properties.

Q: How do I make an offer on a property?
A: Simple, head over to our Contact Us page and send us an email or give us a call. We take offers first come first serve… and telephone tends to be the quickest. 

Q: How often do you add new investment land to the site and VIP Buyers List?
A: We’re always sourcing new investment land and add new properties to this site on a continual basis. Check back every couple months as our properties tend to sell very quickly.
